I offer guidance & support to the local Port Stephens Community,

aged 21 years & over.

Bookings can be made via phone, email or send an enquiry on this website.

I am available for counselling in the mornings Monday, Tuesday & Thursday from 9:15am - 12:15pm. 

If you require a different day/time for counselling, please don't hesitate to reach out & I will do my best to accommodate your needs.

You will require an initial intake assessment appointment prior to counselling so we can complete the process of signing important documents

& to establish your personal needs/requirements.

This takes around 75 minutes & your investment is $85.

Couples & Family Counselling are also available (enquire about fees as they vary depending on size of group & length of session).  

Once you have completed your initial intake assessment appointment,

I will book your future counselling sessions.

The number of sessions you require will vary from one person to another. My personal recommendation is a minimum of 6 appointments which are

60 minutes duration & your investment is $85.

I also offer plans/packages if that is your preference.

Unfortunately, I am unable to offer rebates as Counselling is currently not available on the Government (Medicare) Rebate Scheme. 

​

A GP referral or MHCP is not necessary for Counselling

however, it can be helpful to share your health history.

​

CANCELLATION POLICY: You are required to give at least 24 - 48 hours notice of a cancellation prior to your appointment time. 

I am unable to re-schedule your appointment if you are a no show or cancel last minute, & you will be required to pay a fee of $50 to cover the cost of room hire for your appointment.

If you miss 2 consecutive appointments, it is within my rights to cancel all future counselling appointments.

Online & phone counselling is available. This offers the convenience of attending your counselling session from wherever you are or, if unwell & unable to attend in person. Please let me know if you require online counselling. 

A secure telehealth video portal is used to connect at the time of your appointment. Ensure you have a private & quiet space where you won't be interrupted, prior to your session.
